e-ditora on "[Plugin: WP Parallax Content Slider] Display on homepage only?"

Hi everybody!
I'd like to know WHERE this php condition code, posted by dabendra, must be pasted. It must to be placed at HEADER.php, same place where is my slider code, or is it a FUNTION.php code?
I have a VSlider running in my Twenty Twelve template and I'd like to dyspaly it im my HOMEPAGE only.
